With your choice of PI Vanilla Protein, you can easily create your perfect, healthy pumpkin spice shake! You can choose from our Vanilla Bean Performance Whey Protein, Gourmet Vanilla Isolate Whey, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Smart Gainer or Vanilla Bean Plant-Based Protein.


  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tbsp organic honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of any delicious vanilla PI protein powder


  1. Add the PI vanilla protein powder of your choice and the unsweetened vanilla almond milk to the blender and blend until all the powder is gone
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, blend until fully mixed, pour and enjoy!

    There are a few omissions in this recipe. Are we really only using 4 ounces of vanilla almond milk? Normally we use 8-10 ounces of liquid to one scoop of mix. Is the balance supposed to be water? Also, how much vanilla (presumably extract) are we using? Is it teaspoon or tablespoon? This was not listed. Thanks!
