Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM.

We ship via UPS or the United States Postal Service. You can use the tracking # provided in your e-mail confirmation to track your shipments. For UPS tracking, click here; and for USPS shipments, click here.

Our Distribution Centers chooses the best service for these shipments based on weight:

1. Packages under 1 lb – USPS First Class Mail
2. 1 – 9 lbs – SurePost (UPS & USPS)
   1. SurePost is picked up by UPS but the end delivery is handled by the local USPS 50% of the time
      and by UPS 50% of the time
   2. 10 lbs+ – UPS GROUND 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, READ THIS NOTE: You are responsible for getting your order through customs. If returned from customs, we will accept not damaged, saleable product and will refund the cost of the product, less any return shipping charges and less a 10% re-stocking fee.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
