Cooking with Protein Powder

So, your protein shake routine is getting old. Don’t let your protein routine get boring! Stay new and exciting by incorporating your protein into some tasty and healthy recipes.


Protein Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a great dish that you can always vamp up. All you need for this recipe is oats, milk, Performance Whey Protein – Vanilla Bean and Strawberries. Remember oatmeal is a dish you can add anything too.


Spinach Frozen Yogurt 

Frozen Yogurt is another easy quick meal to make using your protein powder. For the Spinach Frozen Yogurt, all you need is 2 cups nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 large frozen banana, 2 cups spinach, 1 scoop Performance Whey Protein  – Natural Chocolate. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and then freeze.


Strawberries and Cream Popsicle

This one is probably the easiest protein recipe you’ll ever read. All you need it 2 scoops of Performance Whey Protein – Strawberries and Cream, 1 can of coconut milk. Blend the two ingredients together and pour into a Popsicle mold and freeze.
