Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries)
1 ripe banana
½ cup of apple juice
1 scoop of Performance Whey Protein blueberry flavor (or choose one of our delicious vanilla flavors)
Strawberry Mango Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mangoes
½ cup orange juice
1 cup milk of your choice (almond, rice, soy, regular)
½ cup plain yogurt
1 scoop of any PI vanilla or strawberry flavored protein powder
If you like the flavor of coffee, try this awesome smoothie!
Coffee Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
½ cup cold coffee
¼ cup milk of your choice (almond, rice, soy, regular)
2 Tbsp almond or peanut butter
