Try our Performance Inspired Pineapple Protein Smoothie, and you’ll never drink another smoothie with artificial ingredients again!

Here’s the PI recipe –

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Pineapple
  • 1 scoop Performance Whey Protein Vanilla Bean (feel free to use our Diet & Energy Ripped Whey, Plant Based Protein, Mass Gainer, or Isolate Whey)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1-1/2 cup fat-free milk

Instructions

The only step! Add pineapple, Performance Protein powder, yogurt, and ice to blender.  Add 1 cup of the milk.  Pulse until mixture is smooth.  Add more milk, about 1/4 cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached.  Pour into a glass and drink up.  It’s that easy!
