Spring is a time of awakening and renewal. Daylight Saving Time starts, the days get longer and warmer, and we celebrate Easter. Chocolate Peanut Butter Egg Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop PI’s chocolate protein powder (your choice)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix and enjoy!

Chocolate Caramel Bunny Protein Shake

White-Chocolate Strawberry Easter Basket Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop PI’s vanilla protein powder (your choice)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup white-chocolate syrup

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Enjoy!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Protein Shake

Carrot Cake Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop PI’s vanilla protein powder (your choice)
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Enjoy!

Robin’s Egg Blueberry Protein Shake

Ingredients:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Enjoy!

Chocolate Coconut Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 scoops PI’s chocolate protein powder (your choice)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk or coconut almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 squares of a dark chocolate bar

Directions:
Add all ingredients except dark chocolate squares to a blender and blend. Use a grater to grate the chocolate and add to the top of your shake. Enjoy!
