As you are aware, BCAAs, or branched chain amino acids, are one of the most popular supplements in performance training. Therefore, you can’t stop taking them because you’re sick of the same-old same-old drink. Try these tasty and easy BCAA recipes to satisfy your taste buds.
The first thing you’re going to want to do is get 3 cups of hot water. Once your water is hot you are going to mix in the scoop of BCAA and your gelatin pack and put into a bowl. Stir the three ingredients together till everything is dissolved. Once the BCAA and gelatin are dissolved, put the bowl in the fridge. Let the bowl sit overnight. In the morning, you’ll have yourself a delicious BCAA Jelly!
BCAA Gummy Bears
Yep that’s right! You can turn your BCAA’s into Gummy Bears! Who would have guessed? For this recipe you’ll need, 2 tbsp. of maple syrup, 240ml of any juice, 4 tbsp. of powder gelatin and 4 scoops of Berry Fruit Blast BCAA. This recipe will make approximately 20 gummies.
For this recipe, you’ll want to take the juice you decided on and combine it with the maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. When this starts to steam turn the heat down to low and slowly stir the gelatin into the mixture, make sure it fully dissolves. Once your gelatin dissolves, you’re going to want to take the saucepan off the heat and pour it into a shakercup with the 4 scoops of BCAA powder. This is going to be hot, so hold the shakercup with a towel and shake it into the powder until it is completely dissolved. Now that the BCAA powder is completely dissolved, you are going to transfer the liquid into any mold of your choice (doesn’t have to be gummy bears). For easy removal, use a silicone mold. Put these in the freezer for 10 minutes. Once the molds are set, store the gummies in an airtight container and enjoy!
