A workout buddy who is new to the system or less committed could lead to you both skipping the gym. Surround yourself with good influences!

Hire A Personal Trainer

If you can’t find a gym buddy, hire a personal trainer. A trainer will not only hold you accountable but they will kick your butt into gear—demonstrating proper form and lowering your risk of injury.
