The end of summer can seem like a grim time of year, no more laps in the pool, no more warm morning workouts. But, just because summer is ending doesn’t mean your outside workouts should end, either. In fact, fall is the perfect time to start a new routine to boost your workouts!

Try these great fall tips to help you fall into fitness:

Remember the 30-day rule.

This is the most important fall-into-fitness tip! It takes four weeks for the body to adjust to a lifestyle. Most people quit their fall workouts within two weeks. You need to stay motivated and stick to your plan. Once 30 days have passed, you won’t even realize you’re doing it!

Drink lots of water.

Now that school is in full swing and the holiday season is right around the corner, working out at home is a great option. You can even workout while watching TV.

Commercial workouts are becoming very common. What’s that, you ask? Commercial workouts are when you do specific exercises during specific commercials. For example, when a car commercial comes on, you do sit-ups till that commercial has ended. It’s an easy way to get your workout in while watching your favorite shows.
