Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop PI’s strawberries and cream protein powder
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of lavender syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • 1 serving collagen (optional)

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend and serve!

Hibiscus Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop PI’s vanilla protein powder (your choice)
  • 4 oz chilled hibiscus tea
  • 1 frozen banana

Peach and Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop PI’s vanilla protein powder (your choice)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mangos
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 leaves fresh mint (chopped, for garnish)

Directions:

Add all ingredients except mint into a blender. Blend. Top with chopped mint. Serve and enjoy!

Super Bloom Mixed Berry Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop PI’s strawberries and cream protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mangos
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Edible flowers (for garnish)

Directions:

Add all ingredients except edible flowers into a blender. Blend. Top with edible flowers and serve!

Rose Petal Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop PI’s strawberries and cream protein powder
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ teaspoon rose water (food grade)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Dried edible rose petals (for garnish; to taste)

Directions:

Add all ingredients except rose petals into a blender. Blend. Top with edible rose petals and serve!
