I am forever the person who can’t get it together when it comes to meal planning.
A few weeks ago, I got to share a recipe for one of the quick and delicious go-to “last-minute-Anne-needs-some-nutrition” protein smoothies I often drink with my work community @hyvee. Protein powders come in handy for me when I need something fast and when I need that satisfying protein to #loveyourlunch.
Here is a recipe for one of my favorite smoothies: Lemon “Poppy Seed” Smoothie
Lemon “Poppy Seed” Smoothie (Serves 1)
1 cup of fairlife 2% milk
1 scoop (or a single-serve packet) of Performance Inspired Whey Vanilla
3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp of chia seeds
3-4 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
