  1. Mix the ice and yogurt in the blender first. Blend until ice is thoroughly chopped.
  2. Add the banana and frozen pineapples into blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the Performance Inspired Better Beet powder and blend until the powder is completely mixed.
