The Summer beet smoothie is a healthy smoothie that is perfect for breakfast or as a summer afternoon treat!
Beet Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Performance Inspired Better Beet powder
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup of frozen pineapple pieces
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- ¼ cup of ice
Directions:
- Mix the ice and yogurt in the blender first. Blend until ice is thoroughly chopped.
- Add the banana and frozen pineapples into blender and mix until smooth.
- Add the Performance Inspired Better Beet powder and blend until the powder is completely mixed.
- Pour and enjoy. ?
