Delicious Protein Brownies

Flourless Protein Brownie Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of any PI Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup of milk (your choice: almond milk, 2%, skim)
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a small 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or grease well. Set aside.

Step 2: Place oats in a blender and blend for one minute. Then transfer oat flour to medium bowl.

Step 3: Add the PI Chocolate Protein Powder and cocoa powder to the mix and whisk all these dry ingredients together.

Step 4: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients (egg, honey, vanilla extract, and milk).

Step 5: Once the wet ingredients are combined, put both wet and dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.

Step 6: Slowly add the chips and mix by hand until all ingredients are blended well.

Step 7: Pour into the 8×8 baking dish.

Step 8: Bake for 18-22 minutes or until just cooked through and the top has set.

Step 9: Once cooked, take out of oven, let cool, and enjoy!
