This Privacy Policy describes what information MW/TD Inspired, LLC dba Performance Inspired Nutrition and its subsidiaries, if any, (“PI Nutrition”, “us”, “we”, “our”) collect from and about you, what we do with it, and how you can manage it. This Privacy Policy is applicable where it’s posted, and applies to data and information collected through websites we own and/or operate (“PI Websites”), all apps published by PI Nutrition (“PI Apps”), all email newsletters published or distributed by PI Nutrition, all other interactive features and communications provided by PI Nutrition, and to any and all data and information provided by you to PI Nutrition at call centers, events, or promotions, and all data and information provided by you or collected through your customer account, however accessed and/or used, that are operated by us, made available by us, or produced and maintained by us. Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, PI Nutrition may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

• Billing address and shipping address
• Passwords and usernames associated with customer accounts.
PI Nutrition may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

PI Nutrition does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
PI Nutrition may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to PI Nutrition, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

PI Nutrition may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within PI Nutrition, in order to determine what PI Nutrition services are the most popular. Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by PI Nutrition.
