At Performance Inspired Nutrition, inspiring people to give back is as important as living a healthy lifestyle. We started PI in part to support our charity efforts.
HOW IS PERFORMANCE INSPIRED PAYING IT FORWARD?
Performance Inspired has Paid It Forward through donations and sponsorships for charity events, fundraisers, food banks, local high school sport teams, police academies and more that support our retailers, military and police officers and local community organizations.
In recent years we’ve donated product to military service members and military fundraisers like Troop Holiday Bags for Ft. Benning, the Air Force Run and the Army Run in DC, the Morale Holiday Party for Military Members and Spouses, the Marine Corps at Parris Island, SFC Christopher Turman and ISG Daniel Benson. Other first responders fundraisers we’ve donated to are Brotherhood Ride Inc.’s Cycling for Fallen Heroes, Garden Homes Firefighters Association’s Fundraising Event, South Florida Shromrim Society’s Annual Dinner Dance, and 100 RAW Powerlifting Federation. We also donate products to the Northern Regional Police Department.
We’ve donated to charities including Portland Pay It Forward, Catholic Community Services of Utah, South Florida Shomrim Society, Pittsburgh Food Bank, Salvation Army, Mother’s Hope Foundation, Phrive Enterprises for Pediatric Brain Cancer Research, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
We’ve also donated to fundraisers including the Crisis Center North Cocktails and Cuisine Fundraiser, Our Lady of Victory Maronite Catholic Church’s 28th Annual Golf Classic, Fazio Mechanical-American Heart Association’s Charity Golf Outing, the Tropical 5K Classic for Cancer Research & Treatment, and the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania Summer and Winter Games.
We also support local high schools and clubs including the Ingomar Swim Club, Charlotte High Wrestling, Green County High School, and the Ingomar Franklin Park Little League. We’ve donated to local events including the North Allegheny Slow-Pitch Softball Booster, the Night at the Races Fundraiser for North Allegheny’s Junior Wrestling team, and the Spaghetti Dinner Fundraising Event for the Deer Lakes Hockey Club.
We are very proud and passionate about our charity efforts and are always looking for more ways to support our communities, retailers and partners! Tom and the team have already pledged to donate 2% of net profits to charity, and they’re always looking out for other ways to support the community. He may have come a long way since his days at the supermarket, but there’s no doubt that his passion for giving back and helping people improve their health the natural way is stronger than ever.
